Who is Eligible for the Program?
- Works at least 25 hours in an Infant or Toddler classroom as a Lead Teacher or Teacher Assistant
- Preferred prior experience working in an infant or toddler classroom (4 months or 640 hours)
- Be willing to commit to an apprenticeship for a year and a half.
- The employer must be DHS licensed, Brightstar’s rated, and a CCAP provider

What is A Registered Apprenticeship?
Registered Apprenticeship is on- the-job training, combined with classroom instruction so you can ‘earn while
you learn’.
What Should Participants Expect?
- Receive individual & educational T.A.
- Complete 2000-2500 on the job learning hours
- Earn CDA and college credits at no cost
- Participate in onsite coaching and mentoring
- Earn nationally recognized RA Certificate
- Complete required PD & TA at no cost
Each teacher enrolled will receive:
